Q1. How long does it take to process my order?
Typically, we ship either the same day or the next business day. Unfortunately except for weekends, we are closed and your order will be sent out the next business day.
Q2. What shipping services do you use?
If you're in the Columbus area sorry due to CVOID-19 we are not offering local pickup at this time.

Q3. How will I be notified when my order is shipped?
Once the item is generated a tracking number you will be sent an email notification.
Q4. Do you offer local pick-up?
Sorry, at this time we do not accept walk-ins or pick-ups. This is for our and your safety.
Q5. Do you guarantee shipping times?
Sorry, at this time all carriers are expecting delivery delays. We will work within the window times and if it exceeds normal we will review and ask the carriers for status.
